Intuition as Pattern Recognition

What have you learned from navigating change?

Every season of change leaves something behind. A resource. A truth. Something you receive by living through transformation.

My seasons have showed up differently over years. Each overlapping, convoluted, enlightening and sometimes scary season felt like uncertain terrain at times, and looking back, each one continues to leave its mark and its teachings.

I recognize self-knowledge and a deeper trust in my own Resonance Signal. I feel the evidence of my own capacity to navigate change and arrive on the other side with more clarity and more of my true self intact.

That evidence lives in you, guided by every season of change you've already moved through.

The practice is returning to that evidence. Holding it up and asking: what does this season have to teach me about the one I'm in now? What has my intuition already learned from navigating change before?

Your Intuition, the first frequency of The Resonance Signal, is pattern recognition accumulated across every season of your life. It has detected the path through transitions. It has registered dissonance before you could name it. It has guided you back toward alignment.

When change is disorienting, one of the most grounding questions available is this:

What has every season of change already shown me about my own capacity to move through transformation?

Let the answer come from the whole of your history, not just this moment.
