Yourself, Through Everything

We’ve been exploring what happens When Everything Changes, and this is where the arc lands.

Four weeks of practice. Four returns to your signal in the midst of change.

In Week 1, you've found the lighthouse — the values that transmit steadily regardless of conditions. In Week 2 you've returned to the evidence — the accumulated wisdom of every previous season. In Week 3, you've turned toward what is emerging — orienting in the direction your signal is pointing before the full picture arrived.

And now, in this final week, I want to offer you a recognition rather than a question.

Transition doesn't dissolve you. Moved through with your signal intact, it distils you.

Resonance is not a destination. It’s a practice of returning. And what I have come to understand, through my own seasons of change and through the work I do with clients, is that transition itself is a form of that return. A return to the signal. A return to yourself. A return to what has always been true beneath the noise of what was changing.

The question I want to leave you with this month:

What do I know about myself now, that I couldn't have known before this change?

Let the answer come slowly. It has been subtly arriving the whole time.

What’s true for your right now? I’d love to hear from you. I read and respond to every email I receive.

With warmth & gratitude,
